Every winter Great Ice! turns North Hero's frozen City Bay into a winter playground for all ages. Festival highlights includes fireworks, bonfires, the Over N'Back Trek, dog sled rides, skating, lighted rinks, cookoffs, a business expo, snow building competitions, and more

Great Ice! takes place in the village of North Hero, Vermont on the shores of Lake Champlain. Various stores, inns, restaurants, and halls provide services and parking while the frozen bay serves as the focal point for recreation.
